During the past year, I contacted Steady Air regarding two issues with our HVAC system. Both times they immediately contacted me to discuss the issues we were having and set up an on-site appointment within a day or two. Their service associate (Ben) arrived on time, listened to our concerns, and thoroughly inspected our HVAC system. Changes were made to our heating system that effectively resolved our problems. Ben said that he’d check back in a week to see how the furnace was operating. He kept his word and I was happy to report that all was well with our furnace.
